The strapless turtleneck design was just streamlined enough to let those shimmering beads take the spotlight. At the White House Plumbers premiere in New York City, Kiernan Shipka wore a strapless Oscar de la Renta minidress that was completely covered in ombré sequins. While their dresses majorly reflected light, the pared back shape made them feel tasteful and timeless.
